We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free and transparent process while ensuring your confidence in shopping with us.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from the date of receiving your order. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items marked as final sale or discounted items cannot be returned. Kindly check the product page for any such details.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns must go through Well Vape AE.

Refunds Process

  1. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or contact your bank, as some processing times may vary.
  • Contact your credit card company for additional processing time, as refunds may take a few days to be posted.
  • If you have followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us to facilitate the process.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund amount.
